- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
- To cancel, email info@relaxeddesk.com with your order number.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

- Orders shipped cannot be canceled, but items may be returned according to our return policy.

- Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled after confirmation.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.
- Final sale and personalized items are not refundable.

- Once we inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
